I have a lot of liking for Panera bread in general. But, this branch in particular was not so pleasing. I tried a vegetarian sandwich and 9 veggies soup in bread bowl. In terms of service and ambience, the place is really impressive though.

This was probably one of the worst waits. Friday morning, at most 4 people in line. Yet, after ordering, I waited 22 minutes for my order. I saw my name on the electronic wait list move up the line, and eventually be ready for pickup, but when I get to the counter, they said they were waiting for the egg to cook. First, why even tell me my order was ready? Second, the egg was ordered as over-easy. How much waiting is required? After the 22 minutes are up, it was a total of at most 45 seconds before I got to my car and opened up my sandwich box to find that the yolk was all over the bottom of the box. Yup. The service at this location is not only slow, but they can't make a simple over-easy egg that'll survive a walk to your car. My wife's egg was exactly the same. I could only hope that my order would be faster if they just gave me the raw egg separately, shell and all. The breakfast sandwiches simply are not worth the price.

Reasonably fast, but good food. Not a great place for coffee, but they have some good bakery goods to go with it

We love coming to Paners because it is a low key aptmosphere, not noisy, and an older age group. So it would be nice if the music was not load and low key. The tables are a lot cleaner but The staff at the cash register needs to smile more.
